Terms & Conditions

We accept payments via paypal only.  Established clients or government agencies have the option to also pay using certified or cashier’s check.  Before we can begin your project we require a signed retainer agreement.  All monthly packages or retainers are prepaid and require a 50% deposit upon project commencement and balance due within 14 business days.  Payment for services incurred  on behalf of the client will require having a credit card placed on file.  Unused hours do not rollover into the next month and no refunds are given for time that is not used.  We refuse the right to perform services that we deem inappropriate or illegal.
